This session will focus on the critical components of a mental health & wellbeing plan and how to get it started. It will explore what strategy works best, with a specific focus on the hospitality and events industry, bringing together best practice and practical approaches that make a difference.

Helen is the Founder of Unique & Inclusive Wellbeing; an experienced provider of training & consultancy services, specialising in Organisation culture, and mental health & wellbeing.
Helen combines her lived experience of mental ill health, alongside her many years in leadership positions and training in Psychology & Counselling, which gives her a unique perspective in leadership, teams and creating cultures where employees thrive.
