The state of your mental health affects how you think, feel, and ultimately how you act. By talking about mental health openly, more people may be encouraged to seek the help and support that they need.
Mental health awareness increases chances for early intervention, which can result in resilience and a faster recovery. By raising awareness, we can help support anyone affected to receive the treatment that they so often miss, often because of the stigma that is attached to mental health.
At EventWell we believe that mental health awareness is vitally important for supporting your mental health and wellbeing and that is why EventWell Bursary is our NEW support programme for professionals working in the event, creative, hospitality, travel and experiential marketing industries.
The last 12 months have been traumatising for so many professionals in our industry. If you are struggling with your mental health as a result, for whatever reason that may be; redundancy, loss of work and business, stress, anxiety, depression, we are here to offer you complimentary training in mental health awareness, Mental Health First Aid England accredited, as part of our bursary programme.
We are also here to support event professionals who are also carers of someone living with a mental health condition, wth complimentary training in Mental Health Awareness and/or as a Mental Health First Aid Champion.
We offer mental health training throughout the year with our training partners Balancing Edges, to find out more to have your case considered please fill in our application form below.
