At 40, Nicky suffered and recovered from a disabling stroke – inspiring a life’s mission to make a bigger difference.
Nicky has an accountancy background and twenty years of helping people improve their health and wellbeing under her belt. Combining both, Nicky is a mentor, seasoned workplace facilitator and keynote speaker, inspiring people to discover their own brand of Bounce! Nicky’s knowledge, knack for stressbusting, hugs and infectious laugh make her an in demand and popular speaker.
With passion in buckets and a penchant for keeping it simple, Nicky has a unique talent in breaking down the barriers that hold people back from living a life they love.
