From Zoom fatigue and e-presenteeism to ‘always on’ working: digital habits are playing an increasing role in wellbeing, happiness and productivity.
A CIPD survey revealed 87% of professionals feel technology has led to an inability to switch off outside of working hours, a challenge which is greater when remote working.
Digital habits also impact workplace productivity, creativity and focus. Digital distractions contribute to multitasking, which research indicates can reduce productivity by as much as 40%. Being ‘always on’ can lead to mental exhaustion which makes it harder to focus, take in new information and increases stress.
So how can you create a healthy digital culture within your workplace? Join this talk to find out more about what Digital Wellbeing initiatives look like and the benefits of investing in Digital Wellbeing in your organisation. Take away practical steps you can implement immediately to create a healthier balance with technology for you and your team.
