Join Emily to learn all about eating for great mental health. In this 45 minute webinar Emily will share with you the key nutrients for great brain health and explain how what you eat and when you eat can have a significant impact on how you feel, how you cope and how you thrive. Emily will share practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies for reducing stress and anxiety. There will be time for questions so please come along with any burning nutrition questions.
Emily Fawell is a Registered Nutritionist and along with her business partner, Lisa Patient, offers Corporate Wellbeing services through their company Vital Health Nutrition. They are passionate about nutrition and love educating business people on how healthy eating can help give them more energy, better concentration, and less days off sick. They offer a wide range of interactive and engaging corporate wellbeing services, including lunchtime seminars, health MOTs, metabolic health checks, tasting tables, individual nutritional therapy consultations, and tailored health programmes. Since lockdown they have been helping companies to support their remote workers through providing webinars on various nutrition related subjects including “The secrets of eating well whilst Homeworking”, “Eating for great mental health”, “Improving sleep through better nutrition and lifestyle habits” and “The 8 Habits of Healthy People”.
