In this session, Andrew Berrie, Time to Change Employer Programme Manager, will discuss how a Wellness Action Plan (WAP) can be used to support the mental health and wellbeing of remote workers during this time, how to approach a conversation around a WAP and how a manager might respond through the use of a worked example.
