Our weekly mental health hour on Twitter, a safe and open event for you to drop-in as we chat about different mental health and wellbeing topics, and share our experiences.
Our chats will always have #eventprofs trained in mental health first aid available to take your questions and provide support should you need it.
Once a month we’ll have a guest host sharing their personal experiences of working in the event industry and how they manage their self-care and wellbeing.
Make sure you have every Tuesday between 7pm and 8pm in your diary!
