Tarin Wilson, Owner & Founder at Plan A
Tarin Wilson, owner and founder of plan A, has more than twenty eight years of experience in event production and is known for her detailed execution, budget wizardry and ability to produce flawless events. Since opening plan A in 2000, she has built a boutique company that maintains a high client retention rate with an impressive roster of corporate, non-profit and celebrity clients. Tarin’s longevity in the business is attributed to flexibility to market changes, high touch client servicing, on or under budgets, strategic vision and a partnership approach with clients.
HEAD OF OUTREACH

Julia O’Grady, President & Owner, ITM Events
Julia O’Grady has big vision, fresh ideas and a proven track record in the events industry. She and her team work hard to exceed client expectations and push ITM Events to achieve greater heights. A driven entrepreneur, Julia also manages the business side of ITM Events including human resources, finances, marketing, and writing grant and sales proposals. When Julia isn’t planning unforgettable events, she loves travelling the world with her family, staying active, and enjoying fine food and martinis.
HEAD OF MEMBERSHIP

Gina Patzer, Marketing Consultant
Gina Patzer has over 15 years of experience as an event and marketing professional spanning several industries from technology, finance, retail, and healthcare, developing various programs from product launches and recruitment campaigns to creating and managing a health summit event experience. Her authenticity, empathy, and resourcefulness have allowed her to excel in providing strategic program management, marketing communications, and event marketing consultation. She excels at focusing on putting customer experiences first when planning, driving, and delivering programs that create a sense of connection, inspiration, and action. Those skills will serve her well as she helps us grow our membership, engage with our members, and demonstrate the value of being a member.
She enjoys spending her free time exploring all the beauty that California brings, including Muir Woods, wine country, golf courses, and coastal drives to sandy beaches.
HEAD OF EDUCATION & RESEARCH

Julie Branstrom, Founder & Chief Meeting Designer, Vista Meetings & Incentives
Julie brings a unique perspective to the hospitality world in that she has been on both sides of the industry – both as a Director of Sales for 5-star resorts, and as a buyer as a corporate and independent meeting planner. She’s worked in her field for over 25 years and specializes in the automotive and software industries planning their events and meetings. In 2019 she started her own meeting and incentive planning firm, Vista Meetings & Incentives. In this role she travels the world and plans trips of a lifetime for lucky employees who win sales award trips for their companies. Residing in the mountains of Colorado with her husband, two teenage daughters, and two dogs, she enjoys hiking, skiing and of course, traveling
ADMINISTRATION

Svetlana Battaglin, Independant Meeting Planner
I am meeting and event planner with 10 years’ experience in the industry. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from corporations to not-for-profits, to charitable organizations and in all facets of planning including onsite and remote locations. In my spare time, I love to cook, do summer and winter sports, take pictures of landscapes, read about art and travel, and spend time with my family.
