Katharine has worked in the events industry for 11 years starting in events agencies, before heading over to the corporate event world now as an Events Manager at Capita PLC. She has a wealth of knowledge in planning and executing live & virtual events anything from aircraft inaugurals, small and large conferences to high end incentives and everything in between. Recently, Katharine took on the challenge of starting a side hustle as a Life Coach after her own battles with mental health and qualified in January 2021 as a mindset coach. Katharine is passionate about people’s development - she loves to see people flourish, be it inside of work or outside focusing on their mindset and personal development. She is a keen gym goer and loves to encourage anyone she knows to wake up early and get moving! The energy you feel to take you through the day is incredible!
