Michelle has worked in the meetings and events industry for over 10 years, from large scale global events, through meetings and events innovation to operations management. Michelle’s passion is people – leading, developing, nurturing and celebrating them. Understanding what makes people happy, and how to realise their goals. Michelle is currently chair of BCD Meetings and Events charity committee, and Vice Chair of Lichfield Ladies Circle. She has a 6 year old daughter, 1 year old Romanian Rescue pup and has officially begun training for her 5th marathon, taking place in October!
