With over 20 years’ experience of strategic HR leadership Susan is passionate about motivating and supporting others to recognize and achieve their potential, and regularly presents at conferences and workshops on topics relating to employee engagement and wellbeing.

A career shift in 2016 saw her join *HelmsBriscoe’s EMEA Leadership Team, where she recruits and supports entrepreneurs to become successful in running their own businesses.   Joining MPI at this time was an essential aspect of Susan’s networking and development strategy, and she is looking forward to becoming President of the UK&I Chapter in July 2021.

In her active Consultancy and work as a Coaching Psychotherapist she has completed a diverse range of people-oriented assignments including dispute resolution, research, personal development, coaching and group training.
