It’s Monday, it’s the 17th January and it’s Blue Monday. The theory goes that it’s the time of year when we’re all cold, broke and guilty about the new year resolutions to get fit, drink less alcohol, and be a better human being that may have fallen by the wayside. But sometimes being human and trying to establish new habits means that all of the above happens, it’s normal. So share with us some of the things you have set out for yourself this year that you are managing to do some days and there are some days that you just want to do something else or just find it tricky! Maybe we can motivate each other a little (and maybe the day should be renamed Human Monday?)
