The Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing scale was developed to enable the monitoring of mental wellbeing in the general population and the evaluation of projects, programmes and policies which aim to improve mental wellbeing.
Development of this new measure and tool in 2007 was led by Professor Sarah Stewart-Brown and supported by Professor Stephen Platt from the University of Edinburgh, funded by NHS Health Scotland, and supported by a panel of experts from Univeristy of Warwickshire, Anglia Ruskin University Cambridge, Centre for Psychiatry at Barts, Queen Mary University London and University of Bristol.
Use this tool to effectively measure your current mental wellbeing focusing entirely on the positive aspects of mental health.
