Five Elements of Wellbeing Workshop

Wellbeing at work isn’t always about work!

This workshop covers the essential five elements of wellbeing developed by Gallup, as part of a comprehensive study of people in more than 150 countries, revealing five universal, interconnected elements that shape our lives: career wellbeing, social wellbeing, financial wellbeing, physical wellbeing and community wellbeing.

During this workshop we will explore each of the five elements in turn, give your team their own collective net thriving index and personal mental wellbeing scores, and share innovative ideas and tips for boosting wellbeing in each of these five essential areas.


Looking After Attendee Wellbeing – Managing Enabling & Inclusive Events

Our new mental wellbeing in events workshop covers what is needed to ensure your attendees feel included, safe and cared for at your events.

During this workshop we will explore and share innovative ideas and tips for boosting wellbeing in each of the essential areas of: venue choice, pre and in event anxiety, menus and nutrition, rest and digest, the event environment, interaction, staying connected, accessibility and inclusion, and psychological safety.


Wheel of Life Workshop

Our wheel of life workshop explores lifestyle and life skills to see where we can make improvements to improve our mental wellbeing, as well as build and support resilience.

The Wheel of Life is powerful because it gives a vivid visual representation of the way our life is currently, compared with the way we would ideally like it to be.

It is called the “Wheel of Life” because each area of our lives is mapped on a circle, like the spoke of a wheel. Commonly used by professional life coaches, it helps us consider each area of our life in turn and assess what’s off balance, helping us to identify areas that need more attention.


Steps 1,2,3,4,5 to Mastering Stress

In order for us to manage anything effectively and well we need to first understand what it is we are trying to manage.

This essential workshop covers the biology of stress and balancing our nervous system, as well as the all important top tips for keeping our stress levels in check and burn out at bay as busy event professionals.
