Our offerings include:
- Breathwork: Facilitates relaxation and balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, effectively reducing anxiety and stress responses.
- Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): Sequentially tenses and relaxes muscles to release physical tension, easing stress and anxiety.
- Chair Yoga: Ideal for individuals with health concerns, this practice allows for seated movement, stretching, and improved circulation, accommodating a diverse range of participants.
Each session lasts approximately 15–20 minutes, and we provide all necessary equipment, including silent headsets equipped with binaural beats and delta music, to minimise background noise and maintain a tranquil environment.
