Inclusion Starts with Regulation

Busy event environments can overwhelm even the most resilient nervous systems. Calm spaces and quiet rooms are not luxury add-ons – they are essential regulation points within high-stimulation settings.

Our SensoryCalm™ spaces and CalmHub™ environments are research, evidence and safeguarding-led and intentionally supervised and designed to support nervous system recovery. They provide structured, psychologically safe environments where attendees and crew can reset, regulate and return to the event with dignity.

SensoryCalm™ Quiet Room

More Than a Quiet Room

SensoryCalm™ is a professionally supervised, safeguarding-led regulation space embedded within your event. Designed for attendees and crew experiencing sensory overload, anxiety or nervous system fatigue, it offers structured calm in the middle of high-stimulation environments. Every space is risk assessed, thoughtfully designed to reduce sensory load, and staffed by trained Hosts – because regulation is not an aesthetic choice. It is an access requirement.

SensoryCalm™ Festival & Outdoor

Calm In The Open Air

SensoryCalm™ Festival & Outdoor Spaces are purpose-built regulation environments designed for high-energy, outdoor events. From music festivals to sporting events and large-scale gatherings, these spaces provide structured relief from crowd density, sustained noise and sensory overload. Professionally supervised and safeguarding-led, they offer a predictable, low-stimulation environment where attendees can regulate safely before returning to the event.

The CalmHub™

Structured Pause. Shared Reset.

CalmHub™ is a curated wellbeing and learning space designed for busy event environments. Through guided breathwork, Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR), chair yoga, sound healing and bite-size micro learning sessions on mental health, wellbeing and neurodiversity, we create structured moments of pause within high-intensity days.

Each 20–25 minute session is practical, accessible and drop-in friendly – offering nervous system regulation alongside real-world education. CalmHub™ blends evidence-informed wellbeing techniques with industry-relevant insight, supporting both personal resilience and collective culture change.

EventWell Buddies

Guided Access. Human Support.

EventWell Buddies™ provide dedicated navigation and wayfinding support for attendees who need a little extra reassurance in busy event environments.

Crowds, unclear layouts and unpredictable movement are some of the biggest overwhelm triggers at events. Our trained Buddies offer calm, one-to-one guidance – helping attendees locate sessions, quiet spaces, welfare points and key areas safely and confidently.

This is not chaperoning. It is dignity-led access support.

Delivered by trained EventWell Hosts, Buddy support reduces anxiety, prevents escalation and ensures that no one feels lost, isolated or unsupported within your event footprint.

Multi-Faith Prayer Space

Space for Reflection & Prayer

Our Multi-Faith Prayer Space provides a calm, neutral environment for attendees who wish to observe prayer or quiet reflection during your event.

Designed with dignity and respect at its core, the space offers a clean, low-stimulation environment that accommodates individuals from different faith backgrounds without prioritising one tradition over another. Clear signage, thoughtful layout and quiet supervision ensure the space remains welcoming, safe and appropriately managed throughout the event.

Because inclusion includes spiritual access.

Sensory Mapping

Seeing Your Event Through a Different Lens

Sensory Mapping identifies areas of potential overwhelm within your event footprint – from high-noise zones and lighting intensity to crowd density and transition bottlenecks.

By proactively mapping sensory load, we help organisers understand where regulation support, signage, staffing or environmental adjustments may be needed. This allows you to reduce stress points before they escalate, rather than responding once someone is already overwhelmed.

Because inclusion starts at the design stage – not at the incident stage.

EventWell NeuroSensory Design Framework™

Quiet rooms don’t work on their own

SensoryCalm™ spaces are not simply quiet rooms. Every EventWell space is designed using the EventWell NeuroSensory Design Framework™ – a neuroscience-informed approach to sensory environment design that supports nervous system regulation in high-stimulus event environments.

By combining intentional sensory design, trained human support and predictable, psychologically safe spaces, we create environments where guests can pause, regulate and safely return to the event experience..
