Business For Good

As a not-for-profit social enterprise, we exist to lead change – and reinvest in it. Every penny of our net profits goes directly back into projects that support people, schools and communities.

Since 2022, we have reinvested £9,000 into school grants and community initiatives, helping to create regulated spaces and inclusive environments that support mental health and neurodivergent young people beyond the event industry.

The Schools Fund

Building Safer Spaces for Young Nervous Systems

Through the Schools Fund, we provide targeted grants that enable schools to enhance SEN provision, purchase regulation resources and develop quiet or wellbeing spaces. Funding supports tangible improvements – from classroom sensory tools to structured calm environments that reduce overwhelm and increase access to learning.

Because inclusion doesn’t start at adulthood – it starts in the classroom.

The Community Fund

Supporting Local Inclusion in Greenwich & Beyond

Our Community Fund provides practical support to grassroots events and community initiatives across the Royal Borough of Greenwich and beyond. Through sensory space provision, we help local organisers create safer, more inclusive environments for families, young people and neurodivergent attendees.

From small community festivals to neighbourhood gatherings, this fund ensures that inclusion is not limited by budget – and that calm, supervised spaces are accessible at every level of event delivery.

OpenDoor™ (Launching 2027)

Building the Next Generation of Neurodivergent Event Professionals

OpenDoor™ is our upcoming initiative designed to support neurodivergent talent to break into and thrive within the events industry. Launching in 2027, the programme will create structured entry pathways through mentorship, skills development and supported industry access.

The events industry thrives on creativity and different ways of thinking. OpenDoor™ exists to ensure neurodivergent individuals are not excluded at the first hurdle, but equipped with the confidence, experience and support needed to belong and succeed.

Because inclusion isn’t complete until opportunity is accessible.
