Join a team creating calmer, safer and more neuroinclusive events
EventWell is a neurodivergent-led, not-for-profit social enterprise on a mission to make events kinder, calmer and more accessible for everyone.
From SensoryCalm™ Quiet Rooms at large-scale exhibitions and festivals, to our wellbeing training and Event Wellbeing Matters community, everything we do is built on lived experience, practical care and professional standards.
If you care about people, accessibility and doing things the right way (even when it’s the harder way), there could be a place for you on the EventWell team

Why work with EventWell?
When you work with EventWell, you’re not just doing a job, you’re directly supporting people who are overwhelmed, anxious, or struggling to cope in busy event environments.
You’ll be part of a team that is:
- Neurodivergent-led – our work is shaped by lived experience of being neurodivergent in events and live environments.
- Values-driven – safety, calm, dignity and inclusion are non-negotiables, not nice-to-haves.
- Social enterprise, not-for-profit – any net profit is reinvested into quiet rooms, wellbeing spaces and community support, including permanent spaces and SEN resources in schools.
- Professional and trauma-informed – our hosts are trained, supported and supervised to work safely with attendees who may be in distress or overwhelm.
- Flexible and human-first – we understand energy, spoons and life-load. We aim to work with people, not against them.
If you’re passionate about wellbeing, neuroinclusion and real-world impact, you’ll fit in here.
Who thrives in our team?
We work in high-pressure, live-event environments, but our job is to bring calm into the chaos.
You might be a great fit if you:
- Are calm, caring and unflappable, especially when others are anxious or overwhelmed.
- Have strong people skills and can hold space for others without judgement.
- Are willing to follow safeguarding, safety and professional boundaries to the letter.
- Are reliable and organised, if you’re on the rota, people are counting on you.
- Are open to learning about neurodivergence, mental health and trauma-informed practice.
- Value clear communication, honesty and teamwork.
You do not need to already be a wellbeing or accessibility “expert”. We can teach skills and frameworks. What we can’t teach is kindness, integrity and respect, those need to come as standard.
