NeuroAware™ Toolbox Talk (30 mins)

Our 30–45 minute NeuroAware™ Toolbox Talk delivers focused, real-world neurodiversity awareness designed specifically for event crew, stewards and operations teams. In a format that fits seamlessly into pre-event briefings or site inductions, we cover early signs of overwhelm, simple de-escalation techniques and what to do – and what not to do – in high-pressure environments.

This is not theory. It’s practical, preventative guidance that reduces risk and strengthens frontline confidence.

NeuroAware™ Training (90 mins)

Practical Neuroinclusion for Real Event Environments

Our 90-minute NeuroAware™ Crew Training provides structured, event-specific neurodiversity education for frontline teams. Designed for crew, stewards, and operational staff, this session goes beyond awareness to build practical competence.

Participants learn how to recognise early signs of overwhelm, understand neurodivergent stress patterns, apply simple de-escalation techniques, and respond in ways that protect dignity and reduce risk. Through real-world scenarios and live event examples, teams leave with clear, usable tools – not theory.

This is foundational neuroinclusion training for environments where pressure is high and response time matters.

NeuroSafe Training (Half Day – 3 hours)

Advanced Neuroinclusion for High-Risk Environments

NeuroSafe™ is our enhanced training designed specifically for security teams and supervisors operating in high-pressure event settings. This extended training moves beyond awareness to build applied competence in recognising, managing and safely de-escalating neurodivergent overwhelm.

Participants work through real-world event scenarios, escalation frameworks and supervisory decision-making models aligned with safeguarding best practice. The focus is practical: early intervention, calm command presence, predictable communication and risk reduction.

EventWell Certified Mental & Neuro Health First Aid Training (2 days)

Designed for Live Event Environments

Our Event Mental & Neuro Health First Aid training is written specifically for professionals working in high-pressure, high-stimulation event settings. This is not a generic workplace course adapted for events – it is built around real-world scenarios faced by crew, security, production teams and organisers.

Participants learn how to recognise signs of mental health distress and neurodivergent overwhelm, respond calmly and appropriately, and support individuals safely until further help is available. The training integrates safeguarding principles, neurodivergent awareness and the realities of live event pressure — including crowd dynamics, escalation risk and role boundaries.

This is practical, industry-defining training that strengthens team confidence, protects wellbeing and supports safer event culture.
