We recently worked with Eventwell for a Wellness Lounge / Resilience space at a 1,600 pax industry event in London. The team were so helpful, friendly and absolute professionals. The attendees loved the inclusion of wellness and with all the business focus on balance and diversity this was a fantastic addition to the event. Helen at EventWell provided a Quiet Room at our recent fundraising event attended by 120 people. It was excellent and provided a quiet, safe space for people to have a moment to themselves. We believe this was critical to the success of the event and showed consideration for everyone’s personal circumstances and mental health. Helen was an absolute pleasure to work with, prompt in all communications and efficient, professional and caring onsite. Highly recommended.

Helen provided a quiet, reflective area for those attending our recent conference, which proved to be a real hit. Delegates were able to use the area as a safe space, to relax, to decompress, and take time out. The equipment provided was high-quality, and included bean bags, sofas, plants, and so on. Helen created a warm and cosy, non-threatening, inclusive area, where all were welcome. Helen is great to work with – she is engaging, professional, and has real expertise in understanding the needs of attendees, particularly those who with neurodivergence and/or mental health needs.
I definitely recommend Eventwell for any events that you are planning.

They transformed an unused back bar into the most wonderful quiet, cosy space imaginable and the experience the children had was incredible. We will definitely be using them again!

Having a wellness programme at our event was a completely new initiative for us, Helen was a pleasure to work with, flexible and made a wonderful calming space for delegates to retreat to both in the Quiet Room and Wellness Bar. Helen also kept me topped up with decaf oak-milk tea throughout which as an event-organiser, with limited time to stop, was perfect!

I really enjoy the every second here it was a wonderful experience I learn so many new things and techniques everyone is helpful and friendly. The environment they create is incredible for learners.

It’s great to have such a space at the congress to rest and take a break between the many stimuli that you otherwise experience throughout the day – especially when you do not always live close to the congress and cannot easily get home.

Amazing to have this space, really helped my daughter to manage the show when she was feeling overwhelmed. Lovely person staffing the room let us have a look around in arrival when we first arrival which was helpful too. She was very kind and welcoming.

Lovely range of sensory items, ambient lighting and lovely calm place. Made our trip to the show much less stressful today and I wish these spaces were available everywhere.

I love it! Was feeling so overwhelmed so having a space I could go to and relax was amazing. Love the cushions on the floor, sitting on the floor when I’m overwhelmed is my go to. Also really liked the blankets. I brought my own fidget toys and ear plugs with me but think it is a great idea to have them in this space.

I was v happy to find such a lovely and welcoming space in a place where I didn’t expect it! I often feel uncomfortable in more closed off spaces but I felt v comfortable and welcome and understood. Alex was lovely and slays!

Sensory space is calming, I felt like I was safe.

Ended up in the Eventwell quiet room this week at London ExCel feeling a little unwell. It was an amazing place to just take a short break and then get back to my show. Helen who was running it was an amazing host! She took care of me and brought me a cup of tea and cup of water. A true Good Samaritan. Every event should have an Eventwell Room!
