Integrating mindfulness, breathwork, and gentle movement activities like stretching during events can boost performance, productivity, and alleviate mental and physical fatigue. EventWell® are pleased to offer a diverse range of wellbeing sessions to complement not only our quiet rooms, wellbeing bars, and resilience hubs, but any area in an event to enhance the overall wellbeing experience.
Sessions include:
1. Breathwork: Promotes relaxation and restores balance by activating the parasympathetic nervous system, reducing the physical response to anxiety and stress.
2. Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR): Involves sequentially tensing and relaxing muscles to release physical tension, easing stress and anxiety. Research indicates that PMR offers benefits such as pain relief and improved sleep.
3. Chair Yoga: Particularly beneficial for individuals with health concerns, chair yoga is great at events, and allows for seated movement, stretching, and improved circulation while accommodating a diverse range of participants.
4. Rock Painting: Painting rocks can reduce stress, enhance mood, promote mindfulness, boost self-esteem, and foster connections with others, contributing to overall wellbeing.
EventWell® Sessions are approximately 15-20 minute long with four the recommended number to be scheduled throughout the day. All materials are provided for attendees, and our silent headsets are used, with binaural beats and delta music, to help minimise background noise, maintain a tranquil environment, and enhance focus during the sessions.
