You can contact EventWell® for confidential support and information.

We want every event professional to feel confident to access help and support when needed. Should you, or someone you know, need to talk we are here to listen, support and signpost.

Our infoline is open 10am to 3pm (GMT), Tuesday to Friday (excluding public and school holidays).

Ask us about:

  • common mental health illnesses and conditions
  • mental wellbeing and stress management
  • where you can go for help and support
  • EventWell® support and mental health services

These are the ways to get in touch with us:

You can also use our confidential contact form to send us an email or jump on a live chat (bottom righthand corner):

If you are concerned that you are developing a mental health problem you should seek the advice and support of your GP as a matter of priority. If you are in crisis or distress and need immediate help and are unable to see a GP, you should visit your local A&E.

We understand how stigmatising and challenging it can be to ask and reach out for help. Please rest assured that all conversations, messages or emails are confidential and will never be made public or available to any third parties. As a charitable organisation we have duty of care and are here to safeguard the event professionals that we support and serve, and this is of upmost importance to us.
