The Calisthetics Games is an all-around sports competition that pits elite athletes from different sports against one another in a series of scientific athletic tests including
• Stamina (specific endurance and work capacity)
• Skill (coordination abilities)
• Speed (acceleration and top speed)
• Strength (general abilities and power)
The next Calisthetics Games is 14 November 2018 at Factory45, anyone keen to be a part of this event simply emails coach@calisthetics.com to be steered accordingly.
The Calisthetics Games are ongoing and this event marks the start of the series of events to teach and test.
