Joined by Industry Experts Anna Ironmonger, Natural Oils Educator & Chris Pinner, Personal Trainer & Founder of Innerfit to bring you a variety of powerful sessions on different wellness topics in your lunch hour.

Thursday 13th September – Mindfulness and the Power of Physical Performance
