It’s probably safe to say that if you are reading this blog you have already mastered the power of breath – to stay alive!

What many of us do not realise though is that the breath is also a powerful tool for relaxation and stress management, and for this purpose it is massively underrated.

When we train the breath through breath-work, it can also connect us to profound personal and trans-personal experiences. For some this is via our emotions, for others it is via a spiritual journey, but what all breath-workers agree on is that becoming breath-conscious is a gateway to feeling truly alive and in control.
